Concrete Restoration – Chicago
This 23 story apartment building required thousands of square feet of concrete repair. After wet saw cutting and removing all deteriorated concrete we painted all the exposed rebars with zincrich paint which was then framed and poured with fresh concrete mix. All patching areas were patched with polymer modified repair mortar, stainless steel threaded rebars were installed as needed. After patching, crack repair, caulking and cleaning, all of the concrete on the building was painted with an elastomeric paint.
